Done on time and a good job

Preferred Buick, Chevrolet, GMC service department is my choice for keeping my 23 Buick Envision in tip top shape.

After waiting 3 months to get a repair done and several reminders for me, it is done and the paint job on the repair spot looks good. But still my CarPlay is not working. So I am waiting for a fix on that issue.

It was a pleasure working with Marc. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He kept me updated on ordering parts, scheduling to get my car in for repair, and service for oil change. It was a great experience, and I look forward to my next visit.

Quick, professional service!

Recent oil change was fine however I recently contacted service department with a quote request for ball joint replacement and was told they don’t give quotes. Instead I would have to bring in to have diagnosed by a tech and charged $85 for this. I informed I am fine to do that but I just want to know first expected cost of the service I was inquiring on, once again, told they could not give me any info. Guess I will start taking my truck elsewhere.

I waited in the lounge during my vehicle's oil change. This was the first time I was texted with concerns about the vehicle and I didn't respond.as I thought the technician would come and talk to me. As a result, a couple things were not done. In the text they were referred to as "immediate needs" but I did find out later that they could wait until the next oil change. I would prefer that my technician would come and talk to me about the concerns, but I now know what the text is about and would not ignore it again.

I took my tire in for inspection for a slow leak. The team were all very helpful and gave me options to move forward. Even though I did not have them go forward with the service, they were helpful at every step

Alicia Davis was supposed to call me back to set up an appointment. There was a device that her and I could NOT get it to work. It was defective, it just didn’t work. I purchased the car Friday 18 April 2025 and she still has NOT contacted me. My insurance company called Saturday 19 April 2025 to get the name of the finance company for their paperwork. I was finally able to talk to Alex and he was able to solve that problem. For some reason our calls were not and are not being returned. I’m very disappointed as I have been buying NEW vehicles more than 10 years, more than 5 vehicles. I guess I should give Holland dealerships a try. I not comfortable with the lack of professionalism I’m receiving.

Ryan and Tyler did a great job of keeping me informed about the delivery status of my new truck. Once it came in the buying process was quick and easy. Arrived and the truck was waiting for me out front gassed up and ready to go! I traveled a significant distance to get the truck I wanted. Wish I was closer so I could bring it there for all my maintenance needs.

Arrived early. Got checked in. Was told it may be a little while. Agreed to be shuttled home and back. That never happened. About 2 and a half hours later asked when the car would be done. They thought I was not there. About 45 minutes later the car was done. Probably looking for a different placc for service.....

Repairs look great

Dealership has failed multiple times on service communication. I as the customer have to call for updates and when I do I’m 9/1**** times sent to a voicemail but not before listening to recorded sales messages related to service.

Drop off the night before was terrible. Manager was rude to not only us but the poor people in front of us. Appt for first thing in the morning, no communication all day, finally picked up vehicle at 5:30pm as closing time was 6pm. No update on vehicle or what was done or how the inspection looked. We bought a package for 3 oil changes or we would not have came back. The service and communication has been poor all three times. We will not recommend or return.

My service experience with this dealership has always been superb, which is why for the last 24 years, all of my purchases and services are done at Preferred. My service advisor is Marc Goss, who knows how to treat a customer, and doesn’t jam things down my throat that I don’t need. (P.S. I am an ASE GOLD MASTER CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN, who is too old to do his own work anymore. Marc has always been honest with me. Refreshing in this day and age. I trust him.

Not happy as when scheduling I was advised the work would take 2 hours to complete. It wasn't stated that the 2 hours may not happen until late in the day thus a 8:40 AM appointment takes until 5:00 PM to complete. Also the service advisor was very condescending when talking with me when I tried following up to determine when the truck would be available for pick up. I was not a happy camper!!!

At 146,************ miles Preferred is the only place I have had maintenance or repair work done. That should say it all. I have always been treated respectfully and the work has always been done so that I haven't had to come back for any adjustment. The service reps are always upfront with what I need and what can wait. Won't take it anywhere else unless I am traveling and I try to avoid even oil changes and tire rotations at other places by planning ahead.

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Also had the engine and cabin filters replaced. All that was good. The one issue I had was when the cabin filter was checked the glove box door was broken. The door was replaced after being ordered, at no cost, but did involve my extra time and travel to the dealership with out consideration. The one troubling aspect it what appeared to be an attempt to fix the broken door panel by simply gluing the side panel back in place. I don't know if anything would have been said if that attempt would to cover the damage had worked.

I am extremely pleased with the service I given in an emergency situation. I was on the way to pick up a grandson for lunch when the car started shaking!! I was not too far from the dealership and was able to drive to it. Peter was out for lunch but Cameron came right out to see what I might need. He proceeded to run some diagnosis tests so Peter could continue in the few minutes he was gone. I was given a ride home and Peter kept in touch with me as many problems were diagnosed! I was very pleased and grateful with the complete service I received!!

Waited 3 months to be notified of part arriving to dealership. Told originally on back order and unknown arrival timeframe. I called in September 3 months later) and told yes. It had arrived. Car stalled in traffic the day prior (fuel celanoid) which prompted me to investigate if the part was in fact ever going to be delivered. Car was subsequently scheduled, part replaced, left dealership and warning light of low tire pressure came on after leaving the driveway. 27 point review documented on invoice as completed.. tire pressure must not have been checked. Went to Bell Tire on the way home and tires were at 17 lbs. Leads me to believe a 27 point inspection was not done, just documented as done. Not what I would deem to be excellent service. I feel their attitude is condescending in the service dept . I won’t be servicing or buying any vehicles there.

The experience was better than the reason for being there! I was told I was not driving far enough or fast enough to keep the battery in my ‘25 Buick Invista charged! Bologna! It was a bad battery! The care only had 3,114 miles on it! I don’t like being treated like I don’t know my hat from a hole in the ground! I worked for a car manufacturer for years!! Bad batteries happen! This car was manufactured some time in 2024 shipped out and sat till I purchased in the early part of 2025! Did somebody go around and start these vehicles to check batteries? I don’t think so. I was not a happy camper.!! In the mean time the service was ok! But should not have had to have my car jump started!!!!

My Denali under the GM Recall, failed the test and I was advised of my options…..While unsettling to say the least, I carefully considered the options. Peter Robinson the Asst Service Manager, was thoughtful, discussed all my options and fully explained the process. I elected to have the engine replaced and the whole procedure took less than a week. Truck is running great and couldn’t be more pleased with the result. 20,000 miles and a new engine! Good luck to Preferred and GM. 1. Professional courteous service. 2. Horrible cost/value for a simple oil change.

We took it for a second opinion at another local establishment. Literally everything you told us was wrong. We were told the rear axle had exploded internally and damaged the housing and was not able to be rebuilt. The other shop found that the be completely false, the internals had not exploded, in fact, they were in normal condition and had zero damage. We were also told the brakes were completely shot only to find out they were in great condition with about 60% pad life left. The issue was the 8 bolts that hold the axle to the hub had worked their way out, those bolts were replaced and everything is fine. You were going to charge us over $12,000 to fix something that didn't need to be fixed at all. Really didn't want to believe the reputation you guys have in town and give you a chance....all I can say is WOW! It's worse than I've heard.

Went in for oil change and test drive for shifting issues and look at sun viser , 6hours and 50 min later I get my truck back after I was told it was a 4hour visit, the , I don’t blame my advisor I blame there was no communication to him on what was going on with truck . Now he didn’t find any issues with shifting and resurfaced front rotors, but I still believe it shouldn’t of taken that long , if so I shof be advised to leave vehicle over night , I left for 4 hours and came back and waited another 2hour and 50 min . Ridiculous, only reason I’m going back is because truck is still under warranty then I’m never going back.

I wasn't even going to respond to this survey because it never seems to change. I swore I wouldn't go back after my last visit but decided to give them another try since I originally bought the car new there. I arrived for my appointment and the service agent was checking me in and Peter stormed up to me and told me that if the codes had been cleared on the car then reschedule and come back when the check engine light was back on. They finally reluctantly checked the car and called me later to give me a ridiculous number of $64******** for repairs. I certainly won't waste my time or money again on this dealership.

I received an immediate response to a text question for Derek. I stopped by the Service Department and we put together a plan to get the Acadia serviced at a time convenient for me and my wife.

Peter explained everything in simple terms when my park assist system needed service. I appreciated the time he took to help me understand my vehicle’s problem. Peter has always treated me with patience and respect. Ben provided transportation home and when I needed to return to pick up my vehicle. He was pleasant, and I was thankful for his safe transport.

This visit was to finish up every 45K service items on my 2****18 Traverse with 153K miles. As always I am treated with respect and the service is well done and in a timely manner.

2022 Enclave serviced for failure of power liftgate switch. This is the second time the switch has failed since purchase of vehicle when new. Switch was repaired but after attempting to use rear wiper a few weeks later, the wiper failed to operate. Returned vehicle for another service appointment and it was determined that the tech failed to reattach power to wiper motor. That issue was resolved and when driving home there was a loud squeak emanating from tailgate area. Another service appointment had to be scheduled and the issue was fixed after replacing weakened clips attaching the inside trim panel to the liftgate. Very disappointing to have these many issues at a GM dealer.

You can't go wrong with the service at Preferred. My most recemt visit for our 2024 Buick Enclave was for an oil change & tire rotation on 2-3-2026 and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Tyler, the service advisor who assisted me, is very friendly, professional and thorough, We have been a customer of Preferred for over 15 years having purchased and leased several vehicles during that time. Their sales & service is top notch and very consistant.
