Peter did everything he could to get my car back to me asap

Normal oil change and tire rotation as well as new fuel filter and cabin air filter. Was schedueled by Peter was called when air filter needed changing and was completed before schedule. A great experience.

At 146,************ miles Preferred is the only place I have had maintenance or repair work done. That should say it all. I have always been treated respectfully and the work has always been done so that I haven't had to come back for any adjustment. The service reps are always upfront with what I need and what can wait. Won't take it anywhere else unless I am traveling and I try to avoid even oil changes and tire rotations at other places by planning ahead.

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Also had the engine and cabin filters replaced. All that was good. The one issue I had was when the cabin filter was checked the glove box door was broken. The door was replaced after being ordered, at no cost, but did involve my extra time and travel to the dealership with out consideration. The one troubling aspect it what appeared to be an attempt to fix the broken door panel by simply gluing the side panel back in place. I don't know if anything would have been said if that attempt would to cover the damage had worked.

The experience was better than the reason for being there! I was told I was not driving far enough or fast enough to keep the battery in my ‘25 Buick Invista charged! Bologna! It was a bad battery! The care only had 3,114 miles on it! I don’t like being treated like I don’t know my hat from a hole in the ground! I worked for a car manufacturer for years!! Bad batteries happen! This car was manufactured some time in 2024 shipped out and sat till I purchased in the early part of 2025! Did somebody go around and start these vehicles to check batteries? I don’t think so. I was not a happy camper.!! In the mean time the service was ok! But should not have had to have my car jump started!!!!

My Denali under the GM Recall, failed the test and I was advised of my options…..While unsettling to say the least, I carefully considered the options. Peter Robinson the Asst Service Manager, was thoughtful, discussed all my options and fully explained the process. I elected to have the engine replaced and the whole procedure took less than a week. Truck is running great and couldn’t be more pleased with the result. 20,000 miles and a new engine! Good luck to Preferred and GM. We took it for a second opinion at another local establishment. Literally everything you told us was wrong. We were told the rear axle had exploded internally and damaged the housing and was not able to be rebuilt. The other shop found that the be completely false, the internals had not exploded, in fact, they were in normal condition and had zero damage. We were also told the brakes were completely shot only to find out they were in great condition with about 60% pad life left. The issue was the 8 bolts that hold the axle to the hub had worked their way out, those bolts were replaced and everything is fine. You were going to charge us over $12,000 to fix something that didn't need to be fixed at all. Really didn't want to believe the reputation you guys have in town and give you a chance....all I can say is WOW! It's worse than I've heard.

Waited 3 months to be notified of part arriving to dealership. Told originally on back order and unknown arrival timeframe. I called in September 3 months later) and told yes. It had arrived. Car stalled in traffic the day prior (fuel celanoid) which prompted me to investigate if the part was in fact ever going to be delivered. Car was subsequently scheduled, part replaced, left dealership and warning light of low tire pressure came on after leaving the driveway. 27 point review documented on invoice as completed.. tire pressure must not have been checked. Went to Bell Tire on the way home and tires were at 17 lbs. Leads me to believe a 27 point inspection was not done, just documented as done. Not what I would deem to be excellent service. I feel their attitude is condescending in the service dept . I won’t be servicing or buying any vehicles there.

I am extremely pleased with the service I given in an emergency situation. I was on the way to pick up a grandson for lunch when the car started shaking!! I was not too far from the dealership and was able to drive to it. Peter was out for lunch but Cameron came right out to see what I might need. He proceeded to run some diagnosis tests so Peter could continue in the few minutes he was gone. I was given a ride home and Peter kept in touch with me as many problems were diagnosed! I was very pleased and grateful with the complete service I received!!

In addition, I have rarely seen two individuals, David the sales person, and Ramon the manager work so well together in a dealership. Well informed and very helpful. When I picked up my car and got in the dirty paper from mechanic was still on the floor, a number on my mirror and my tire pressures were down on all 4 tires. I dropped my car off at 10 am and it wasn’t ready yet when I called at 3:30. All unexceptable. I probably won’t be back. 🙁

Went in for oil change and test drive for shifting issues and look at sun viser , 6hours and 50 min later I get my truck back after I was told it was a 4hour visit, the , I don’t blame my advisor I blame there was no communication to him on what was going on with truck . Now he didn’t find any issues with shifting and resurfaced front rotors, but I still believe it shouldn’t of taken that long , if so I shof be advised to leave vehicle over night , I left for 4 hours and came back and waited another 2hour and 50 min . Ridiculous, only reason I’m going back is because truck is still under warranty then I’m never going back.

I wasn't even going to respond to this survey because it never seems to change. I swore I wouldn't go back after my last visit but decided to give them another try since I originally bought the car new there. I arrived for my appointment and the service agent was checking me in and Peter stormed up to me and told me that if the codes had been cleared on the car then reschedule and come back when the check engine light was back on. They finally reluctantly checked the car and called me later to give me a ridiculous number of $64******** for repairs. I certainly won't waste my time or money again on this dealership.

You can't go wrong with the service at Preferred. My most recemt visit for our 2024 Buick Enclave was for an oil change & tire rotation on 2-3-2026 and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Tyler, the service advisor who assisted me, is very friendly, professional and thorough, We have been a customer of Preferred for over 15 years having purchased and leased several vehicles during that time. Their sales & service is top notch and very consistant.

I scheduled a 9am appointment for recall work and was told by multiple people it would be done by early afternoon. I received zero updates until I had to call at 4pm and was told the work hadn’t been started yet. I needed the vehicle back that day for a road trip which I mentioned during scheduling, upon arrival, and again via text. I ended up having to make another trip into town to pick it up since there wasn’t anyone working that could drop it off. I also spent money on an oil change that I otherwise wouldn’t have done. I’ve never had a good experience at this dealership.

2022 Enclave serviced for failure of power liftgate switch. This is the second time the switch has failed since purchase of vehicle when new. Switch was repaired but after attempting to use rear wiper a few weeks later, the wiper failed to operate. Returned vehicle for another service appointment and it was determined that the tech failed to reattach power to wiper motor. That issue was resolved and when driving home there was a loud squeak emanating from tailgate area. Another service appointment had to be scheduled and the issue was fixed after replacing weakened clips attaching the inside trim panel to the liftgate. Very disappointing to have these many issues at a GM dealer.

Alec not in on second visit so continued purchase options with Ramon ..... that visit was went well enough to ask ..... what are the final numbers ..... at our age (87) "change " is not something we look forward to .... especially electronics! After assuring my wife and I that they would take all the time we needed to learn the new dashboard .... we went ahead with the leasing of a new Equinox. I have a long history of preferred oil chsnged and tire rotation, which has been very good. Although this time I ended up waiting a long time. I also had a tire pressure sensor replaced. The price on this was over $130.00. This is over double the cost that Bell Tire would have charged me, which was $60.00. I guess next time I will have to do some shopping around before I have any car work done.

The Service Department at Preferred is consistently outstanding. The Advisor who recently helped us on June 9, 2026 for routine maintenance on our 2024 Buick Enclave was Derek Drudy. He is very professional, extremely thorough, friendly and a great communicator. I also made a point to thank the Technician, Nathan Huston, who worked on our car. He was also very polite and professional. It is a great feeling to know that our vehicle is well taken care of at Preferred due to the expertise of their staff and state-of-the-art equipment.

To my knowledge the maintenance for which I had brought the vehicle in for was completed. The shuttle was appreciated. It did take three attempts before the service was complete. The first time because a tool was not available to complete the repair. The second because time ran out before the repair could be done.

I asked for the team to move quickly through the sales process and they did.

I appreciated the e-mails and status updates on my truck. Truck was ready when I got back from vacation.

Every person who I interacted with during my vist were pleasant and helpful. But I was not impressed with how long my service took. I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance for a Monday at 9am. I didn't hear anything until around 4pm that afternoon when they let me know there was a backup and the car hadn't been looked at yet and would possibly still be looked at by end of day or the next morning. I waited until 11am on Tuesday and called because I hadn't heard anything. Finally heard back around 4 pm. A part had to be ordered and should be in on Wednesday. Part didn't come in on Wednesday...so had to wait until Thursday. Sent a text at 2:45pm on Thursday since I hadn't heard anything back yet, and then finally just picked up the phone and called an hour later only to find out the part had been installed, but the hold up now was that the oil change and tire rotation hadn't been done yet...even though the car had been at the dealership since Monday morning. If there was such a back up I would have preferred to have kept my vehicle for those two days and brought it in when it wasn't busy. I had to cancel plans or count on people to pick me up because I was car less for four days. I understand delays happen with parts that were ordered, or because things get backed up. But the fact that the car wasn't even looked at on the day of my appointment or until the end of the next day is not impressive.

Ken and Ramone were very helpful and I will definitely use them again. Made my purchase very smooth. Went in looking for a Colorado for my husband and walked out with a full size truck with all the incentives I couldn't go wrong

I dropped my vehicle off on Thursday before the 4th and the person who I talked with said it would be Monday before they could look at it because of the holiday. I received a call on Monday explaining the problem and they were ordering parts and it would be Thursday before I would get vehicle back. Cameron my service representative has always treated me like a genuine person. Always helps me as soon as I arrive with my GMC Acadia. Quickly lets me know if I should wait or he will notify me when to return. He is simply an excellent service representative.

My service advisor (Caitlin) was outstanding. She was polite, professional and very personable. However, the assistant service manager needs to work on his management skills. In my opinion he could have been much more helpful with my questions (over the phone) vice passing the information to someone else to assist me. All in all it worked out well but could have been a little smoother.

The whole experience was seamless - from my appointment, to help from the Service Advisor - Derek, to the mechanic - Noah, and when I picked my vehicle up. Another advisor - Cameron, went the extra mile and also helped with my rear windshield wiper when I added it to my ticket.

Cameron discussed the overall items that would be checked and serviced. He was punctual and courteous. After the service work was completed, he summarized the items serviced and what to look for in the future. He also made sure I had connections for a ride home. A very attentive young man who obviously cares about his customers.

I took my car in for an oil change. They suggested I change my engine air filter and cabin air filter for around $115. I declined because I can do both of those myself for around $40. When I went to change the filters, neither was present. What makes it worse is the fact that my service advisor called me to say the technician told her he forgot to put the housing on to the cabin air filter so I should come back in. He should have told her he didn't put the filters back in and they shouldn't have covered it up by saying the housing was what he forgot. The bolts that hold the engine air filter housing were completely disconnected. I drove around 200 miles with no engine air filter or cabin air filter and they tried to cover it up like it was just a bar the guy didnt put on to cover the cabin air filter.

The service was excellent as usual. I have been coming to Preferred for 25 years and have always received excellent service.

On time and done correctly

They did a great job, very thorough. The only reason I gave it a 4star rating was that it took 1hr and 20 minutes to complete the oil change and tire rotation. There was no one else in the waiting room so they weren't backlogged with work.

It was nice, just an oil change, tire rotation. It would have been great if Preferred had an express oil change set up.

We've bought several Chevy vehicles from different dealers over the years, but this was by far our best experience. Salesman Bob Hirdes was extremely informative and very responsive. Mike Weinrich in finance was great as well. I highly recommend this dealership.

Simple oil change. Two days later I can't shake the burning oil smell and discover the dipstick wasn't put back in correctly after the oil change. It sprayed who knows how much oil all over the engine bay of a brand new car. Very annoyed at the mess and the lack of professional attention to such a simple item. If they didn't get the small simple stuff right ....I can only imagine how many errors would be made in a larger job.
